How we work
The route from idea to launch
Five steps from the first conversation to launch, so you know where the project stands and what comes next.
1. Conversation and goals
We start by listening. What does your business do, who do you want to reach and what should the website achieve?
2. Structure and content
We decide which pages are needed and what goes on them. We write the copy together with you, or start from yours.
3. Design
You see how the website will look and work on phone and desktop, and give feedback before we build.
4. Development and testing
We build the website and test it in different browsers, with a keyboard and a screen reader, and on slow connections.
5. Launch and ongoing development
We publish, check that everything works and stay on hand for changes, updates and the next step.
